This role is entirely remote, allowing for flexible work from the comfort of your home while maintaining a structured schedule. The typical work hours will be Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You will be part of a supportive team of professionals, engaging in regular virtual meetings to share insights, strategies, and foster an ongoing culture of learning and development.

• Provide psychotherapy to individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), employing various therapeutic modalities tailored to meet each patient’s unique needs.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health, emotional, behavioral, and social functioning to establish a clear understanding of their needs and goals.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and other members of the healthcare team to develop cohesive treatment plans and ensure continuity of care for each patient.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment strategies that are evidence-based and culturally competent, adapting as necessary based on patient progress and feedback.
• Regularly monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and patient discussions.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them to take an active role in their mental health journey.
• Uphold and adhere to ethical and professional standards, ensuring patient confidentiality and informed consent processes are rigorously followed.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

While not mandatory, experience in specialized therapeutic areas such as trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), or family therapy will be advantageous.
