Member Support Specialist - Nights & Weekends

Bond OpCo, LLC

Fort Lauderdale, FL

Full-time

Re-posted 14 days ago

Job description

Who We Are

BOND is a rapidly growing private aviation company revolutionizing fractional aircraft ownership and private aircraft management, delivering an elevated and seamless flying experience for discerning clients. Supported by a landmark Bombardier fleet order, we are building a modern fleet of late-model super-midsize and ultra-long-range aircraft and assembling a team committed to operational excellence, safety, and white-glove service.

As we scale toward launch and long-term growth, we are seeking professionals who want to help build a next-generation aviation company and play a meaningful role in shaping how it operates from the ground up.

Role Overview

The Member Support Specialist – Nights & Weekends is the operational heartbeat of BOND's Account Management team when the rest of the world is off the clock. This role owns real-time trip coordination and member communication during evening and weekend hours — ensuring that the white-glove BOND experience never sleeps. You'll work directly alongside Directors and Account Managers, handling the operational layer of trip execution so our client-facing team can stay focused on relationships.

This role is built for someone who thrives under pressure, owns their shift completely, and holds themselves to the same standard at 2AM as they would at 2PM. If you have an aviation operations background, a member-first mindset, and the discipline to perform at a high level during non-standard hours, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Own real-time member communication during nights and weekends — trip status updates, proactive outreach, and one-call resolution.
  • Coordinate trip logistics end-to-end: flight scheduling, catering, ground transportation, FBO readiness, and last-minute changes.
  • Monitor active flights and communicate delays, diversions, or operational changes to members and internal stakeholders immediately.
  • Liaise directly with flight crews, FBOs, and third-party vendors to resolve issues in the moment.
  • Act as the off-hours escalation point for operational issues, exercising sound judgment to resolve or elevate as appropriate.
  • Partner with Flight Operations, Maintenance, and Scheduling to maintain cohesive trip execution across the operation.
  • Ensure clean, accurate handoffs at shift transitions so the daytime team picks up with full situational awareness.
  • Maintain accurate data entry across operational systems, keeping clean records for all assigned trips.
  • Surface recurring operational gaps or service breakdowns to leadership for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in aviation operations, flight coordination, charter operations, or a premium member/client services environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities under time pressure with accuracy and composure.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; professional and member-first in all interactions.
  • Proficiency with operations or scheduling platforms; ability to learn proprietary systems quickly.
  • Consistent availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a structured shift schedule.
  • Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in fractional aviation, Part 135 charter, or a premium private aviation environment.
  • Familiarity with FBO operations, flight dispatch, or aircraft scheduling systems.
  • Background supporting UHNW or high-profile clientele in a direct-service capacity.
  • Familiarity with large-cabin Bombardier aircraft, including the Challenger 3500, Global 6500 and Global 8000.
  • Exposure to trip management platforms or CRM tools used in aviation or luxury hospitality.
  • Education in aviation (e.g., Embry-Riddle) and/or pilot certification is a strong plus.

Schedule

This is a structured shift role. Shifts are 8 hours and cover the following windows:

  • Weekdays (Monday–Friday): 5PM–1AM | 1AM–9AM
  • Weekends (Saturday–Sunday): 9AM–5PM | 5PM–1AM | 1AM–9AM

Total scheduled hours: 40 per week. Applicants must also have the flexibility to work a different schedule and overtime to support business demands as needed.

Why BOND

We're building a next-generation aviation company, and we invest in the people making it happen. Joining BOND means stepping into a fast-moving, high-standards environment where your work has a direct impact from day one.

  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience
  • Performance-based bonus eligibility (role dependent)
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance with supplemental coverage options and company-paid life insurance
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid time off and company holidays for eligible roles

If you're ready to help build something exceptional — we'd love to hear from you!

Equal Employment Opportunity

BOND is an equal opportunity employer and values a workplace where every team member is respected and supported. All employment decisions are made without regard to any status protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
