• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients using secure telehealth platforms, ensuring a safe and confidential environment.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with client goals and adjust these plans based on ongoing assessments and client feedback.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to provide comprehensive care.
• Maintain meticulous and accurate client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, safeguarding client confidentiality and privacy.

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor at Live Well, Ltd, you will work with diverse populations, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Your role is crucial in promoting mental well-being and resilience in clients from various backgrounds, ensuring that you address their unique life circumstances and challenges.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• An active and unrestricted license as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience providing therapeutic services, preferably in a mental health setting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage clients in a virtual setting.

• Prior experience in a telehealth environment, utilizing digital tools for therapy and client interaction.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• A proven track record of developing successful treatment plans that yield positive client outcomes.
