Job Title: Licensed Insurance Agent
Location: Remote (USA)

Job Overview:
We are seeking Licensed Insurance Agent Representatives to join our remote team . In this role, you will assist clients with Medicare plan selections, answer inquiries, and provide excellent customer service. This is a high-volume, inbound call role requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a virtual environment.

Requirements:
Active Resident Health Insurance License (valid through 12/8/2026)
No active carrier appointments
1+ year of sales experience (any industry)
High School Diploma or GED
Basic computer skills

Job Duties:
Assist Medicare members with plan selection and enrollment
Answer coverage and policy questions
Provide excellent customer service
Complete required carrier certifications

Work From Home Requirements:
Hard-wired DSL, Cable, or Fiber Internet
Minimum 20 Mbps Download / 10 Mbps Upload

Candidate must provide:
Approved USB headset
21-inch monitor
