• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• No provisional or limited licenses, and no history of disciplinary actions are acceptable.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy, understanding, and the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong computer literacy to effectively navigate our telehealth platform and digital tools.

While specific experience may not be required, familiarity or background in delivering online therapy, utilizing telehealth platforms, or working with similar patient populations will be advantageous.
