• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand client needs and strengths, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to develop effective treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic services including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, focusing on cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-informed care, and other evidence-based interventions.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with other mental health professionals, such as psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists, to coordinate holistic and integrated care for clients.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and interactions in alignment with HIPAA and organizational policies.
• Participate actively in clinical supervision sessions, training programs, and other professional development initiatives to enhance personal and team competencies.
• Stay informed on the latest developments and best practices in the mental health field, incorporating new knowledge into practice to optimize client care.
• Uphold strict ethical standards and maintain client confidentiality as per legal requirements and organizational policies.

This role focuses on providing compassionate care to a diverse patient population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Your work will emphasize inclusivity and sensitivity, ensuring that all clients receive appropriate support tailored to their unique circumstances.

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is required.
• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Counseling or a related field is essential.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the mental health field, showcasing a strong foundation in therapy practices.
• Ability to practice independently without supervision, demonstrating confidence and expertise in clinical skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate nature that fosters trust and rapport with clients.
• Proficient computer literacy skills, including experience with electronic health records and teletherapy platforms.

• Experience with specific populations (such as adolescents, families, or recovery-focused settings) is a plus.
• Familiarity with community-based health services and non-profit environments.
• Advanced knowledge of therapeutic techniques and methodologies relevant to the role.

• The compensation package is competitive, with annual salaries ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with caseload and experience.
