Position Overview

Will Listen Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. In this pivotal role, you will provide therapeutic support to individuals, couples, and families, helping them navigate challenges and achieve emotional well-being. Work Environment

This position will be entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your schedule while providing therapy sessions. Your typical hours will be Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You will leverage telehealth technology to conduct therapy sessions, engaging clients in a comfortable and convenient setting, enhancing accessibility to mental health services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, fostering an environment conducive to open dialogue and emotional exploration.
  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, adjusting strategies as treatment progresses.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans with clear goals aimed at promoting healing and enhancing interpersonal relationships.

  • Maintain meticulous records of each session, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and confidentiality regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your client base will range from individuals facing personal challenges to couples and families experiencing relational difficulties. You will work with diverse populations, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflicts, and life transitions. Your expertise will be vital in helping clients find balance and resilience in their everyday lives.

Qualifications
  • Current Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license in Washington State is required.
  • A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) or a related mental health discipline.
  • A strong foundation in various therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, and solution-focused therapy.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring effective time management and record-keeping.
Preferred Experience
