• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify each patient's needs and formulate individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique situations.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to deliver effective interventions to clients.
• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups that address common mental health issues, creating a supportive community atmosphere.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other multidisciplinary team members to deliver holistic patient care through coordinated treatment approaches.
• Provide crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, ensuring immediate support and response.
• Educate clients about mental health disorders, available treatment options, and helpful community resources that enhance their support network.
• Maintain precise and confidential documentation in compliance with all legal and ethical standards, ensuring the integrity of client information.
• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.
• Remain informed about the latest developments in mental health therapy to continuously improve care quality.

You will work with a diverse client base, ranging from adults coping with anxiety and depression to families seeking support for relational issues. Our practice is dedicated to serving individuals with varied backgrounds and experiences, fostering an inclusive therapeutic environment that recognizes the unique challenges faced by each patient.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) to practice in the state of Oregon.
• Demonstrable knowledge and expertise in mental health disorders, effective treatment modalities, and therapeutic techniques.
• A proven track record of conducting mental health assessments and developing actionable treatment plans for clients.
• Experience in delivering both individual and group therapy to a wide range of populations and demographics.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster trust and rapport with clients.
• Sound judgment with a strong adherence to professional ethics and boundaries.
• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and relevant computer applications to streamline clinical documentation.
• A collaborative spirit that thrives in a multidisciplinary team environment.

• Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling is preferred, although not mandatory.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques and ongoing professional training in newly emerging modalities.
• Prior involvement in developing community outreach programs can be considered an asset.

The annual salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 100,000, commensurate with experience and educational qualifications.
