• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans under clinical supervision, ensuring that they align with best practices and client needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including treatment plans, daily progress notes, unusual incident reports, and discharge summaries, adhering to organizational and clinical standards.
• Facilitate and lead virtual consumer support groups, providing a safe space for participants to share experiences and receive peer support.
• Participate actively in regular staff meetings, case conferences, and training sessions, contributing to collaborative decision-making and professional development.
• Engage in individual sessions with clients and their families, ensuring that a network of support is available and that integrated care pathways are established.
• Offer psychoeducation on perinatal mental health, directing clients to community-based resources and support services that align with their needs.

Your primary focus will be on individuals dealing with a range of mental health issues, specifically those related to perinatal mental health. You will provide tailored support to clients during critical life transitions, ensuring they receive the care and tools necessary to navigate challenges. Your role is crucial in fostering resilience and promoting mental wellness within this specific demographic, while also addressing broader mental health concerns.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• No history of medical malpractice claims, confirmed by a third-party verification process.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. with a commitment to maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

• Experience providing teletherapy services, demonstrating familiarity with virtual counseling platforms and techniques.
• Previous work with perinatal clients or those dealing with reproductive mental health issues.
• Strong background in developing and implementing treatment plans for various mental health challenges.

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000 per year, based on the caseload and experience level.
