Work Environment

This position is designed for a remote work setting, allowing you to provide therapy from the comfort of your own space while maintaining a close connection with colleagues and clients. Our outpatient office provides a collaborative digital environment where therapists can share insights, strategies, and support each other. You will enjoy a flexible schedule, working Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, enhancing your work-life balance while fulfilling essential responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough client evaluations by engaging in active listening and utilizing assessment tools to gather essential background information.
  • Create personalized treatment strategies tailored to the individual needs of each client, reviewing their goals and progress regularly.
  • Facilitate therapy sessions using a diverse array of therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, and solution-focused approaches.
  • Encourage client progress by implementing behavioral strategies, tracking outcomes, and adjusting plans as necessary to support their development.
  • Maintain accurate, detailed, and confidential documentation of client interactions in compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices and therapeutic methodologies in the field.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will focus on a diverse patient population, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns. You will develop productive therapeutic relationships that promote healing and empowerment, ensuring clients feel validated and understood throughout their journey. By actively participating in their recovery process, you will help improve their overall quality of life.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related discipline is required.
  • An active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory to practice.
  • At least two years of hands-on clinical experience is essential to effectively support the therapeutic process and client engagement.
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical record systems is preferred and will help streamline documentation and client management.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with a diverse clientele and understanding cultural competencies in mental health care.
  • Knowledge of integrative therapeutic approaches that combine traditional and holistic methods to enhance client outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits
