This position operates in a remote setting, allowing flexibility and convenience for our therapists. While the majority of interactions will happen from home, team collaboration is encouraged through virtual meetings. The work schedule typically runs from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate immediate patient needs. • Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments, ensuring that you understand each patient's unique experiences and backgrounds.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to meet the specific needs of each patient.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions to address various mental health concerns, fostering resilience and overall well-being.
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide coordinated and comprehensive mental health care.
• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, offering immediate support during mental health emergencies.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and applicable community resources to promote understanding and empowerment.
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation in alignment with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Actively participate in case conferences and team meetings to share insights and collectively enhance our practice.
• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, including cultural competency training and staying updated on best practices in mental health therapy.

As a licensed therapist at Lighthouse Psychiatry Counseling Center, you will primarily work with a diverse clientele that includes individuals from various ethnic and cultural backgrounds, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and immigrant populations. Your role will be instrumental in helping these clients achieve improved mental health outcomes through culturally relevant and sensitive therapeutic practices.

• A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as psychology, social work, or counseling.
• Licensed as a Mental Health Therapist in Arizona.
• Strong understanding of cultural competencies and their application in therapy.

• Previous experience working with diverse populations.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and techniques.
• Experience in an outpatient clinic setting, particularly serving multicultural communities.
