Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to accurately identify individual patient needs and develop tailored treatment strategies.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness approaches, to deliver high-quality care to individuals, couples, and families.
  • Facilitate psychoeducational sessions and support groups to empower clients and foster a community of understanding and support around shared mental health challenges.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure Coordinated Care plans that address the full spectrum of patient needs across physical and mental health.
  • Provide crisis intervention services as necessary, offering immediate support and guidance during mental health emergencies to ensure client safety and well-being.
  • Educate patients regarding their mental health conditions, available therapeutic options, and community resources that can aid in their recovery process.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA and ethical guidelines, ensuring a high standard of care is upheld.
  • Engage in regular team meetings and professional development workshops to remain informed about best practices in mental health therapy and continuously refine therapeutic skills.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

  • Current licensure in Arizona as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW is mandatory to practice in this role.
  • A thorough understanding of mental health disorders, treatment methodologies, and the latest developments in therapeutic techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to conduct mental health evaluations, develop effective treatment plans, and implement appropriate interventions.
