This role is conducted in a remote setting, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a climate-controlled office atmosphere. While working from home, you will engage regularly with team members and other healthcare providers through virtual meetings and collaboration tools. • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients to evaluate their mental health status, making use of tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) to inform diagnosis and treatment plans.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans collaboratively with patients, addressing their unique needs and goals while considering cultural diversity and special circumstances relevant to their background.

• Regularly monitor and document patient progress, employing evidence-based practices and interventions to support mental health recovery effectively, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Act as a liaison between patients and external treatment providers, facilitating appropriate referrals and the necessary coordination of care services.

• Provide educational guidance and mentoring to students, interns, and volunteers, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes professional growth and development.

• Engage in regular peer-to-peer reviews and offer clinical supervision as needed to uphold the highest standards of care across the organization.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in clinical settings focused on oncology care or mental health services will be highly regarded. Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic techniques and a background in crisis intervention can significantly enhance the candidate's effectiveness in this role.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 105,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
