Lighthouse Solution Healthcare Services, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team as a crucial member of our outpatient services. • Conduct thorough psychological evaluations of clients to assess their mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide individual and family therapy that is tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, utilizing methods grounded in evidence-based medicine and family systems theory.
• Coordinate discharge planning and aftercare services, ensuring continuity of care post-therapy, which may include follow-up appointments and referrals to additional services.
• Engage in monthly clinical case reviews with the Lead Psychologist to discuss treatment effectiveness, patient progress, and any challenges that may arise.
• Document therapy sessions and patient progress meticulously in compliance with clinical and state regulatory requirements to maintain high standards of patient care.
• Maintain open lines of communication with clients to nurture trusting therapeutic relationships and facilitate effective care.
• Contribute to a dynamic team environment through collaboration, sharing insights, and participating in team meetings.

Your primary focus will be on a diverse clientele, including individuals and families facing various mental health challenges, such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. You will work with clients from different cultural and socio-economic backgrounds, reinforcing the importance of culturally competent care in mental health treatment.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• Current and active licensure in California as one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
• Experience with evidence-based therapies and a commitment to continuous professional development.

• Experience providing therapy in an outpatient setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy methodologies.
• Ability to work well in a remote environment, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
