• Conduct thorough psychological assessments of patients to identify their mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and family systems theory.
• Maintain clear and thorough documentation, ensuring compliance with clinical standards and California state regulations.
• Engage in ongoing aftercare coordination to support patients during transitions and enhance their long-term success.
• Assist in building a robust referral network by collaborating with community partners to attract new patients.
• Facilitate family therapy sessions, helping families navigate challenges and strengthening their support systems.
• Deliver personalized care, employing active listening skills to create meaningful connections with clients and foster empathetic understanding.

Your work will primarily focus on adult patients facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma-related concerns. By employing evidence-based treatments and innovative therapeutic techniques, you will empower clients to work through their challenges and improve their overall quality of life.

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
• Active and valid California state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
• Strong understanding of clinical documentation practices and ethical standards in mental health care.
• Exceptional active listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in outpatient settings or community mental health services.
• Proficiency in working with diverse populations and culturally sensitive practices.
• Knowledge of telehealth systems and technology integration in clinical practice.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for continuing education and professional development.
