This position is fully remote, allowing you to connect with clients from the comfort of your home while utilizing advanced online therapy tools and platforms. • Conduct initial evaluations to identify clients’ needs, background, and treatment objectives.
• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that reflect each client's unique challenges and goals.
• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and others.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation and client records, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals to share insights and strategies, enhancing the overall quality of care.
• Engage in continuous professional development, seeking clinical supervision and training opportunities to refine therapeutic skills.
• Stay informed about the latest research and practices in the field of marriage and family therapy.

You will work with a diverse client base, including individuals and families facing challenges such as relationship issues, mental health disorders, trauma, and life transitions. Your ability to foster a strong therapeutic alliance will be key to facilitating meaningful discussions and achieving positive outcomes. Our clinic values a culturally competent approach, encouraging therapists to consider the diverse backgrounds and experiences of each client.

• A valid Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Active independent licensure in Oregon as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience, demonstrating proficiency in therapy delivery and treatment planning.
• Exceptional communication skills, particularly in an online therapy setting, to build rapport and facilitate trust with clients.
• Comfortable utilizing current telehealth technologies and protocols to provide effective remote services.

While not required, experience with specific populations such as LGBTQIA+, children, or veterans is highly valued. A demonstrated ability to navigate complex family dynamics and a strong understanding of trauma-informed care principles will be advantageous for prospective candidates.
