Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health and relational dynamics to formulate individual treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.
• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families using a variety of evidence-based methods, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Systemic Therapies.
• Utilize secure teletherapy platforms to maintain a professional environment that promotes effective virtual interactions and seamless communication.
• Engage in ongoing training and development workshops to enhance therapeutic skills and stay updated with emerging trends in marriage and family therapy practices.
• Adhere to ethical guidelines and standards to ensure client confidentiality and safety, fostering trust and respect during therapy sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The clientele served by Emmanuel Counseling Services encompasses a wide range of socio-economic backgrounds and varies in age and life experiences. Our LMFT will work primarily with individuals, couples, and families facing challenges such as relationship conflicts, parenting issues, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Current independent licensure (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) in the state of Oregon.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly for effective virtual interactions with clients.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing therapeutic services to individuals and families.
• Proficiency with online therapy tools and platforms that facilitate remote therapy engagements.
• Experience in handling a diverse client portfolio and adapting therapeutic methods to varying circumstances.

Compensation and Benefits

Emmanuel Counseling Services offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, contingent upon experience and qualifications. In addition, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
