Position Overview

Vision in Mind Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. This role is crucial in delivering high-quality mental health services tailored to meet the unique needs of children, adolescents, and families. As an LMFT at our center, you will be responsible for assessing mental health conditions, developing treatment plans, and engaging clients in a therapeutic process that is fun, individualized, and effective.

Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive mental health evaluations to diagnose conditions effectively.
  • Creating and implementing tailored treatment plans that meet the specific needs of your clients.
  • Maintaining an active caseload of at least 27 client visits per week for full-time status, ensuring ongoing engagement and support.
  • Documenting all clinical interactions consistently and accurately, including assessments, treatment progress, and case notes, in accordance with company policy.
  • Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate services, including case managers, medical personnel, and school representatives, to provide integrated care.
  • Participating in regular clinical staff meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and share insights with colleagues.
  • Using innovative therapeutic techniques to foster client engagement and facilitate the achievement of personal goals.

Compensation and Benefits
