• Conduct individual counseling sessions via video conferencing, employing therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Maintain an active caseload, utilizing our streamlined platform to manage appointments, therapy notes, and client communications effectively.
• Assess client progress and adapt therapeutic strategies as necessary to facilitate positive outcomes in mental health.
• Collaborate with a network of professionals, sharing insights and strategies to enhance client care and therapeutic approaches.
• Utilize our extensive library of therapy tools to enrich client sessions, ensuring a diverse range of therapeutic methods are available.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele who are primarily low-acuity and stable, ensuring a manageable caseload and optimal environment for therapeutic work. You will be able to set your own demographic focus based on your expertise, allowing you to connect deeply with individuals seeking support for various mental health challenges.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Active license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada, with no disciplinary actions against it.
• Exceptional proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interactions with clients, families, and colleagues.
• A self-motivated, independent approach to managing your counseling practice from home, demonstrating creativity and flexibility.
• Experience in managing a caseload and delivering effective therapeutic interventions.

• Additional certifications, such as dual or multi-state licensure, are a plus and may enhance your application.
• Experience with teletherapy platforms and remote counseling best practices.
• A background in utilizing evidence-based practices within a clinical setting.

• Annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $104,000, commensurate with experience and full-time commitment.
• A substantial sign-on bonus is offered upon seeing your first client within two weeks of onboarding.
