Note: POSITION WILL BE PARTLY REMOTE (2-3 DAYS REMOTE, 2-3 DAYS ON SITE)

SUMMARY OF THE FUNCTION/ROLE
(A brief description of the nature and objective of the project)The HR Operations and Analytics team is see king a hands-on, execution-oriented Contractor to support high-priority initiatives through project coordination, process mapping, data analysis, and document management in the Microsoft 365 environment.
This role requires someone who understands the dynamics of complex organizations, can manage multiple stakeholders, and thrives on translating ambiguity into action. You’ll be part analyst, part coordinator, part problem-solver — with the ability to keep projects moving, structure information flows, and generate insights that drive decisions.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects, track tasks, timelines, and deliverables, and ensure follow-through
  • Conduct end-to-end process mapping and support business process documentation
  • Analyze data using Excel and Power BI to extract insights and inform decision-making
  • Develop clear, concise presentations and reports using PowerPoint and other Microsoft tools
  • Engage stakeholders to clarify business problems, identify pain points, and co-create solutions
  • Prepare project trackers, meeting minutes, pre-reads, and action summaries for team and leadership meetings
  • Create and maintain organized, version-controlled documentation libraries using
  • Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, etc.)
  • Manage access, permissions, and logical folder structures to ensure intuitive navigation and collaboration

QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
  • 3+ years of experience in roles involving project coordination, process improvement, or business/data analysis
  • Demonstrated experience working in large, complex or matrixed organizations
  • Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite, including:
  • SharePoint (site creation, document libraries, access control)
  • Teams (channel structure, file management)
  • OneDrive, Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, lookup functions, data cleaning) and Power BI(dashboards, data visualization)

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Process mapping skills like Visio
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and time management skills
  • Experience working with HR, operations, transformation, or shared services teams
  • Familiarity with PeopleSoft, Workday, or ERP/HRIS systems
