• Conduct detailed mental health assessments and screenings to understand each patient’s unique needs, which will inform tailored treatment plans.
• Provide short-term individual counseling and intervene during crises for patients facing various psychological challenges, ensuring quick, compassionate responses.
• Facilitate engaging therapy groups and informative workshops, addressing pivotal topics such as coping strategies, mindfulness, and personal development.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary hospital teams, integrating services with medical departments and community organizations to create seamless patient care pathways.
• Promote mental health awareness through outreach initiatives and community events aimed at reducing stigma and enhancing well-being within the local population.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential patient records in adherence to ethical guidelines, upholding the trust placed in us by our patients.

Your work will focus on a diverse clientele, ranging from adolescents to adults, who experience a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and other challenges. By applying your knowledge of evidence-based practices, you will contribute substantially to their recovery journeys and help them achieve meaningful change in their lives.

• Possession of an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• A thorough understanding of the intricate mental health issues prevalent among a hospital patient demographic, alongside strong clinical skills.
• Exemplary communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with patients and collaborate within a diverse medical community.
• Proficiency in evidence-based practices and brief therapy models relevant to a hospital counseling environment.
• Capacity to function efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing diverse case loads while prioritizing tasks effectively.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in mental health counseling, with a demonstrated history of working effectively in outpatient or hospital settings.
• Engagement in community outreach or wellness initiatives that bolster mental health awareness and education.
• Experience in conducting therapy groups or workshops that foster community building and support.
