Enrich Living Counseling Services is seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our innovative team on a full-time, remote basis. This position is primarily remote, offering the flexibility to work from home while still being an integral part of our community health clinic team. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate client needs, diagnose conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Maintain a minimum caseload of 27 client visits per week for full-time therapists, ensuring timely and effective therapeutic interventions.
  • Utilize creative therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices to facilitate clients' emotional growth and achieve treatment goals.
  • Document all clinical interactions meticulously, completing assessments, treatment plans, and case notes in alignment with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate care by collaborating with case managers, family members, educational personnel, and other healthcare providers to optimize client support.
  • Participate in regular clinical supervision meetings and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and peer learning within the team.
  • Leverage digital health technologies, including EHR systems, to streamline client documentation and enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work with a broad clientele, including children, adolescents, and families facing a variety of challenges, from relationship issues and mental health disorders to life transitions and trauma. You will play a key role in helping clients navigate their unique experiences and develop healthier coping strategies.

Qualifications

  • A master's degree in a behavioral science or closely related field from an accredited institution is required.
  • possess a valid LMFT clinical license in Arizona.
  • Experience in managing clinical documentation, including assessments and treatment plans, is essential for this role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with team members.
  • The ability to navigate complex client situations with the establishment of clear and appropriate boundaries.
  • Familiarity with diverse populations and an understanding of the unique challenges faced by different communities.
  • Proficient in Office 365 applications and experienced with electronic health record systems, preferably Valant.
  • Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check.
