This position is 100% remote, which allows for flexibility and work-life balance. While most of your work will be conducted from home, you will be part of a vibrant virtual community of professionals who collaborate closely to provide integrated care. The role may occasionally require evening hours to accommodate patient needs, especially during peak demand periods. Our telehealth platform is equipped with state-of-the-art technology to facilitate effective communication and therapy sessions.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify the mental health needs of patients, developing tailored treatment plans that support their goals.
• Provide individual counseling to patients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address a wide range of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.
• Facilitate virtual therapy groups and workshops, focusing on relevant topics such as stress management, coping mechanisms, and personal growth.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including medical professionals and community resources, to ensure holistic care for each patient.
• Engage in proactive outreach initiatives that promote mental health awareness within the community, including campaigns, informational webinars, and wellness events.
• Maintain detailed and confidential records of patient interactions and treatment plans in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

Our clinic serves a broad and diverse patient population, including individuals of all ages facing a myriad of mental health challenges. We are particularly focused on providing culturally sensitive services that acknowledge and respect each patient’s unique background and experiences. • An active mental health license in California, such as Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the mental health challenges specific to a telehealth setting and the ability to adjust therapeutic techniques accordingly.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and collaborate with various healthcare professionals.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and brief therapy models suitable for use in an online counseling format.

We highly value experience working in fast-paced and dynamic environments, particularly in telehealth or clinical settings. Familiarity with virtual therapy tools and platforms is an asset, along with a demonstrated ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively. Previous experience engaging in community outreach or mental health education is also desirable.
