Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations and generate tailored treatment plans that meet each client's unique needs.
  • Maintain a minimum caseload of 27 client visits per week to ensure that we are meeting the mental health needs of our community.
  • Collaborate with a vibrant and dedicated team to leverage our collective expertise in providing optimal mental health support.
  • Utilize creative methodologies and interventions to empower clients and help them surpass their therapeutic goals.
  • Document all clinical interactions meticulously, adhering to company guidelines and policies, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
  • Coordinate care with case managers, family members, medical professionals, educators, and other staff to provide comprehensive support systems for our clients.
  • Engage actively in clinical staff meetings and continuous training sessions to enhance both personal and organizational standards of care.
  • Contribute positively to our team culture through collaboration and mutual support.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse population, including children, adolescents, and families, each facing unique challenges. The ideal therapist embraces inclusivity, engaging effectively with various individuals, including those from BIPOC and LGBTQ communities, ensuring that every client feels welcomed and understood.

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities are essential, facilitating clear dialogue with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Timeliness in completing and submitting all documentation and required paperwork.
  • A high level of ethical practice, demonstrating stable and appropriate boundaries with clients at all times.
  • Familiarity with a diverse client base, showcasing adaptability and cultural competence.
  • Proficiency in using Office 365 and electronic health record systems, with experience in Valant being advantageous.
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
Preferred Experience

While specific experience in certain methodologies may be beneficial, we value the willingness to learn and grow in a nurturing environment. Any additional certifications or specialized training relevant to diverse therapeutic practices will be considered an asset.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 105,000, along with a sign-on bonus.
  • Access to professional development opportunities to enhance your clinical skills.
  • Flexibility in scheduling, accommodating various therapeutic approaches.
  • Earn hourly pay plus commission based on client sessions, providing a stable income.
  • Paid holidays, including the celebration of your birthday.
  • Membership to a Continuing Education Library (CEUs) to assist in maintaining licensure and advancing your knowledge.
  • Compensation for administrative time spent on consultation and thorough documentation.
