Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Leader to drive our growth and market presence within the ServiceNow ecosystem, specifically focusing on Marketing Operations and Alliances & Channel Management. As Marketing Leader, you will oversee marketing campaign delivery, operational strategy, lead management, and marketing performance ROI. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional partner outcomes, optimizing marketing automation processes, and driving growth through co-selling and channel excellence. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong background in marketing execution within the ServiceNow partner ecosystem or a similar SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Operational Leadership
  • Oversee the company's day-to-day marketing operations, campaign planning, and internal execution.
  • Build and optimize processes that ensure high-quality, scalable ServiceNow lead generation and marketing support services.
  • Build, grow, and lead cross-functional marketing teams including project management, content creation, technical marketing, and demand generation.
2. Strategic Alliance Execution
  • Work closely with the Director of Marketing to define and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals and growth targets.
  • Develop long-term plans for scaling alliance and channel marketing capabilities while maintaining quality and profitability.
  • Evaluate new market opportunities and contribute to the company's strategic planning and go-to-market execution.
3. Financial & Performance Management
  • Manage marketing budgets, forecasting, and overall profitability of marketing and channel programs.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs), including campaign margin, customer acquisition cost (CAC), marketing qualified leads (MQLs), partner satisfaction, and asset utilization.
  • Ensure marketing efficiency and resource optimization across the entire campaign portfolio.
4. Talent Development & Leadership
  • Recruit, train, and retain top-tier ServiceNow marketing and operations talent.
  • Oversee the development of a strong leadership pipeline and foster a performance-driven culture.
  • Implement training and certification programs to ensure ongoing marketing excellence and career growth.
5. Alliance & Partner Engagement
  • Develop strong relationships with strategic channel partners, understanding their business needs and ensuring successful joint ServiceNow outcomes.
  • Collaborate with ServiceNow account teams and alliance partners to strengthen co-marketing alignment and co-sell opportunities.
  • Resolve escalated partner issues with urgency and care, ensuring channel retention and satisfaction.
6. Technology & Innovation Enablement
  • Stay ahead of ServiceNow platform changes and ensure marketing teams are aligned with best practices and product evolution.
  • Evaluate and implement internal tools to enhance marketing automation, visibility, and attribution control.
  • Support the introduction of new ServiceNow products and features into the active marketing portfolio.
  • Build and support a team that creates and maintains IP-based marketing collateral and thought leadership solutions.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of marketing leadership experience in IT professional services, with 3+ years specifically focusing on Marketing Operations or Alliances & Channel Management within the ServiceNow or related enterprise SaaS ecosystems.
  • Proven track record of scaling marketing and alliance organizations while maintaining high partner satisfaction and pipeline profitability.
  • Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, HRSD, CSM, or other modules, to accurately position marketing campaigns.
  • Experience managing large cross-functional teams across marketing delivery, sales support, and channel operations.
  • Financial acumen with experience managing marketing budgets, ROI tracking, and key operational KPIs.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
