Your empathetic approach will help empower patients to take charge of their mental health and navigate their recovery journeys.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, fostering strong relationships with patients and peers alike.
  • Be skilled in implementing evidence-based treatment modalities and possess familiarity with brief therapy approaches.
  • Show aptitude for managing a diverse caseload and exhibit adept organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with patient populations facing various diagnoses, including but not limited to mood disorders, personality disorders, and PTSD.
  • Background in crisis intervention and knowledge of local community resources.
  • Proven ability to develop community programs or engagements that bolster mental health outreach.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including major medical, dental, and vision insurance plans.
  • Robust retirement plan with employer contributions and generous paid time off to support work-life balance.
  • Access to ongoing professional development opportunities, including workshops, seminars, and continuing education programs.
  • Collaborative work environment with access to extensive hospital resources, including libraries and research materials.
