Work Environment

This position offers the flexibility of a 100% remote work setting, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from your home or another private location of your choosing. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct teletherapy sessions with clients at scheduled times, providing empathetic and individualized counseling services.
• Utilize a user-friendly digital platform that requires minimal administrative paperwork, allowing you to focus more on client interaction and less on documentation.
• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, employing various therapeutic techniques appropriate for diverse psychological concerns.
• Engage in continuous communication with clients to evaluate their progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Build and maintain a professional online profile within the platform, actively promoting your unique expertise and treatment specialties.
• Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to stay informed about the latest best practices in teletherapy and mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Digimed, you will primarily engage with clients who are experiencing moderate mental health challenges and require support in managing their daily lives. Our client base mainly consists of individuals presenting with low-acuity issues, ensuring a manageable caseload that allows for deeper engagement and effective counseling. You will have the opportunity to select specific demographics that align with your therapeutic skills, creating a fulfilling work experience that resonates with your professional expertise.

Qualifications

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Must hold a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in the state of California.
• Possess no disciplinary actions against your licensing—maintaining a strong professional record is crucial.
• Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills, alongside the ability to handle sensitive discussions with professionalism.
• Must demonstrate independence and creativity while adapting to the demands of a remote work environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in managing a personal caseload efficiently, alongside knowledge about setting realistic client expectations.
• Dual or multi-state certifications in your practice area is an advantageous addition.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 per year for full-time work, in addition to a significant sign-on bonus for LCSWs who start seeing clients within two weeks of onboarding. The minimal paperwork structure allows you to focus on what matters most—providing support and care for your clients. Free on-platform counseling services are also available to our staff.
