• Conduct teletherapy sessions using secure telehealth platforms, providing counseling to individuals, couples, and families facing diverse challenges.
• Assess clients’ mental health needs through thorough evaluations, integrating evidence-based practices to develop personalized treatment plans that cater to each client's unique circumstances.
• Apply a variety of therapeutic interventions that may include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused therapy, skillfully adapting your approach based on client feedback.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with HIPAA standards, documenting client progress and treatment outcomes using our electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Engage in regular team meetings and case consultations to enhance collaboration and share insights that contribute to improved client care.

Your expertise will directly benefit a diverse clientele, which may include children, adolescents, and adults facing a range of emotional and psychological challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics. • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work (MSW or DSW) from an accredited institution.
• Current Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C) license in Maryland.
• Strong understanding of clinical best practices and therapeutic methodologies relevant to diverse client needs.
• Familiarity with teletherapy services and technology, ensuring the ability to conduct effective virtual sessions confidently.
• Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds, fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship.

• Previous experience providing teletherapy or remote clinical services is highly desirable.
• Expertise in specific therapeutic approaches, such as trauma-informed care or play therapy with children, will be considered advantageous.
• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems to enhance service delivery.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 50,000 – 70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
