Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing you to maintain a work-life balance while delivering care from your preferred environment. You will have access to our outpatient office facilities for any in-person client interactions or meetings, but the majority of your work will be conducted from home. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a flexible clinical schedule, determining your client load to align with personal and professional goals.
• Utilize marketing support and best practices provided by Top Core to grow your client caseload, enhancing your private practice's visibility and reach.
• Collaborate with our team to deliver customized, real-time support to ensure clients experience a seamless journey to receiving care.
• Utilize advanced verification systems for client insurance benefits, enabling instantaneous assurance of coverage and simplifying the administrative process of receiving care.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions through solution-focused psychotherapy techniques tailored to meet the individual needs of clients, ensuring effective and personalized treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role as an LCPC will involve working with a diverse range of clients seeking mental health support for various issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. You will leverage your clinical skills to build strong therapeutic relationships through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, creating a safe environment where clients feel empowered to share and heal.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Counseling or a closely related field.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC).
• Expertise in solution-focused psychotherapy techniques to create tailored treatment approaches for each client.
• Demonstrated ability to establish trust and rapport with clients through effective communication and empathetic support.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 50,000 to 70,000, reflecting the depth of experience and commitment you bring to our organization.
