Job Description

The Nurse Educator will be responsible for providing in-depth pre-sales engagement, guidance for benchmarking, and exam strategies with customers on the implementation of clinical judgement exams offered by Turnitin. The person in this role should possess a passion for helping customers understand the value and approach of benchmark and pre-test exams for the NCLEX high-stakes examination. This role is an individual contributor role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide demos of ExamSoft clinical judgment exams as part of pre-sales motions with AEs and CSM.
  • Be the voice of experience for nursing programs on pre-test examinations for preparation for NCLEX examinations.
  • Provide nursing programs tips and strategies for implementing benchmark exams in nursing programs.
  • Assist newly adopted institutions in preparing to deliver clinical judgment examinations
  • Be a resource to internally and externally regarding nursing education assessment.
Qualifications

Essential

  • Active, unrestricted RN license.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN).
  • 5+ years of clinical nursing experience.
  • Experience teaching in an undergraduate or graduate nursing program.
  • Familiarity with NGN item types and clinical judgment frameworks.
  • Ability to work as a partner with customer institutions in directing examination and benchmarking strategies.
  • Ability to distill complex ideas into powerful messaging and meet people where they are in their technology know-how.
  • Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment. 
  • Self-starter with the ability to work in nuanced, ambiguous situations.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to navigate and effectively manage cross-functional partnerships with competing agendas.
  • Enthusiastic and engaging presence with customers.
  • Familiarity with remote presentation software and CRM tools a plus.
  • Ability to flex your work schedule to serve global clients in multiple time zones in North America.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work in nuanced, ambiguous situations.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.

Additional Information

The expected annual base salary range for this position is: $75,803/year to $126,338/year. This position is bonus eligible.

Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if extended, and is determined by work location and a range of other relevant factors, including but not limited to: experience, skills, degrees, licensures, certifications, and other job-related factors. Internal equity, market and organizational factors are also considered.
