• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic sessions via telehealth using our platform, ensuring a safe and confidential space for clients.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities appropriate to client backgrounds and presenting issues.
• Maintain comprehensive case notes and treatment documentation in compliance with organizational standards.
• Foster strong therapeutic relationships by engaging clients in meaningful dialogue, maintaining open lines of communication, and monitoring progress throughout treatment.
• Coordinate with other professionals as necessary to ensure holistic care, including referrals and community resources.
• Proactively manage your schedule and client caseload, adapting as needed to accommodate new clients and unexpected circumstances.

The clients you will serve through our platform are pre-screened, stable individuals with low acuity, meaning they are generally at a manageable level of distress, allowing you to focus on providing therapeutic interventions without the added pressure of acute cases. Our diverse clientele includes veterans and individuals facing a variety of challenges, from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and transitional life changes.

• A Master’s degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related mental health field.
• Active, unrestricted licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT; we cannot accept candidates who require supervision to provide therapy.
• Proven ability to independently schedule and manage a caseload of established clients.
• Exemplary written and verbal communication skills, fostering effective client interactions and documentation.
• Clear disciplinary record with no actions taken against your license.

• Experience working with veterans or an understanding of veteran-related mental health issues.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and online counseling methodologies.
• Expertise in specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care approaches.

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to USD 130,000, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, as a full-time therapist, you are eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend, allowing you to select healthcare options that fit your individual needs.
