• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to accurately determine clients' mental health status and needs.
• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement personalized treatment plans designed to achieve their specific goals.
• Provide individual therapy to adult clients, effectively utilizing evidence-based and solution-focused therapeutic approaches.
• Deliver virtual therapy sessions through teletherapy platforms, ensuring accessibility and convenience for clients.
• Offer crisis intervention services as needed, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills during critical situations.
• Engage in continuous professional development through training opportunities, workshops, and industry best practices to stay current with evolving mental health standards.

Our clients represent a broad spectrum of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. As a counselor at Wellness Rehabilitation, you will have the opportunity to work with motivated individuals seeking positive change. Our goal is to empower clients to overcome obstacles and achieve their mental wellness goals through collaborative and supportive therapeutic relationships.

• A valid and current license in California as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and rapport with clients.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to maintain a manageable caseload while delivering high-quality care.

• Experience working with a diverse clientele, including various cultural backgrounds, age groups, and mental health conditions, is preferred.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling techniques.
• Prior experience in an outpatient mental health setting is desirable.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 per year, depending on your caseload and experience level. In addition to financial compensation, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
