• Conduct thorough crisis assessments and deliver immediate interventions for clients experiencing acute mental health crises.

• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency personnel when necessary to ensure the safety and well-being of clients during critical situations.
• Develop and implement individualized follow-up care plans that ensure clients continue to receive the support they need beyond the crisis phase.
• Employ evidence-based crisis intervention techniques and de-escalation strategies tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance your expertise in trauma-informed care and crisis counseling methodologies.

Our primary focus is on individuals grappling with addiction issues and emotional crises, including trauma survivors, those facing suicidal thoughts, and anyone requiring urgent mental health support. • A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution, demonstrating a strong foundational knowledge of clinical practices.
• A valid Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) credential in Florida.
• At least three years of recent, direct experience in crisis intervention and mental health counseling.
• Training or specialization in trauma-informed care, particularly as it relates to crisis situations.
• Proven ability to effectively support individuals experiencing mental health emergencies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of establishing rapport quickly with clients in crisis.

• Experience working with diverse populations and a solid understanding of cultural sensitivities in treatment.

The compensation for this role ranges from $70,000 to $95,000 annually, adjusted based on your experience and contributions to the team. Additionally, new hires will receive a sign-on bonus as part of our commitment to attracting top talent.
