100% Remote

Position Summary

We are seeking a Legal Partnerships Manager to help expand and strengthen our network of law firms, referral partners, legal vendors, and strategic relationships across the legal industry. This individual will work closely with the VP of Strategic Partnerships to drive business development initiatives, cultivate long-term relationships, and support the continued growth of the company's legal partner ecosystem.

The ideal candidate is an experienced business development professional with a strong understanding of the legal industry, particularly the plaintiff and mass tort space. This person should be comfortable building relationships, managing a sales pipeline, coordinating industry events, and identifying new partnership opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with law firms, referral partners, and legal industry stakeholders.

  • Manage and maintain the legal partnership CRM, ensuring accurate tracking of opportunities and follow-up activities.

  • Conduct outbound outreach to prospective partners and coordinate ongoing communications.

  • Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective and existing law firm partners.

  • Identify and research new business development opportunities within the legal market.

  • Coordinate conference participation, networking activities, and follow-up efforts.

  • Distribute marketing materials, case studies, and partnership resources to prospective clients and partners.

  • Collaborate with internal leadership to execute strategic partnership initiatives.

  • Monitor partnership activity and provide regular updates on pipeline performance and business development efforts.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, account management, or sales within the legal industry.

  • Strong understanding of the plaintiff legal and mass tort marketplace.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships with law firms and legal industry stakeholders.

  • Experience managing a sales pipeline and CRM system.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
