About the Position

RGD Project Management, Inc. is seeking a Records Processing Specialist to join our remote team. This position is responsible for reviewing, processing, organizing, and maintaining records and information using computer-based systems.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with digital information. Strong computer skills, accuracy, and the ability to follow established procedures are important for success in this role. Training will be provided on company systems and workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review incoming records and documents for completeness and accuracy.
  • Enter and update information accurately in company databases and electronic systems.
  • Process, organize, categorize, and maintain digital records.
  • Scan, upload, rename, and file electronic documents according to established procedures.
  • Compare information across records to identify missing, duplicate, or inconsistent entries.
  • Update spreadsheets, logs, tracking sheets, and electronic records.
  • Maintain accurate records of processed information and document status.
  • Perform routine quality checks and correct identified errors.
  • Locate and retrieve records when requested by authorized team members.
  • Follow established procedures for record organization, filing, retention, and maintenance.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling company information.
  • Communicate with team members when additional information or clarification is required.
  • Complete assigned processing tasks within established deadlines.
  • Assist with other records-processing activities as assigned.
