About the Role

We are hiring experienced Legal Recruiters to manage full-cycle recruiting for law firms nationwide. This role is ideal for recruiters who know how to run a desk, manage multiple searches, and build long-term relationships in a structured, high-performance environment.

Legal recruiting experience is preferred, but experienced direct-hire agency recruiters are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage up to 30 active legal searches

  • Execute full-cycle recruiting: source, screen, submit, interview, close

  • Build relationships with clients and candidates nationwide

  • Collaborate on shared searches (split opportunities available)

Compensation & Benefits

  • Commission: 10%–50% (both sides) based on experience and production

  • Typical earnings: $120,000–$172,500 annually
