Hope Being Counseling Center is seeking a passionate and experienced Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team on a full-time basis. • Deliver high-quality individual, couples, and family therapy services to a diverse client base, utilizing various therapeutic modalities that reflect best practices in the field.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' emotional, relational, and mental health needs, leading to personalized treatment plans designed to achieve specific therapeutic goals.
• Implement your proficiency in family systems theory to analyze and address the intricate dynamics of interpersonal relationships, focusing on improving communication, resolving conflicts, and alleviating stressors within families.
• Provide immediate support during crisis situations to ensure the safety and well-being of clients and their families, demonstrating sound clinical judgment in high-pressure environments.
• Maintain meticulous, accurate, and secure client records, documenting progress notes and treatment plans in compliance with all relevant legal and ethical guidelines.
• Equip clients with crucial skills in relationship-building, effective communication, and coping strategies through educational support and practical insights.
• Collaborate closely with fellow therapists, clinicians, and medical professionals to ensure seamless, holistic care that embraces the multifaceted needs of clients.
• Engage in continuous professional development by staying abreast of the latest research, methodologies, and training opportunities in marriage and family therapy.

Your work will primarily involve clients navigating a variety of challenges, including relationship issues, family conflict, stress, anxiety, and other mental health concerns. You will provide therapy that addresses individual needs and utilizes evidence-based interventions tailored to their specific situations, ensuring that each person feels heard, valued, and supported.

• Must possess current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Massachusetts.
• A Master's degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.
• A minimum of one year of practical experience as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist is essential.
• Demonstrated experience in outpatient therapy settings, with a strong understanding of integrated care models preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills that allow for effective client interactions and team collaborations.
• Commitment to upholding ethical and confidential counseling practices in all client-related activities.
• Capacity to work independently while fostering collaborative relationships within a multidisciplinary team.
• Flexibility to accommodate varying client scheduling needs and workshop times.

• Experience in crisis intervention or trauma-informed care.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and proficiency in using relevant technology platforms for remote therapy.
• Previous training or experience in specialized therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Couples Therapy.
