The Salvation Psychotherapy Center is seeking compassionate and skilled Mental Health Therapists to fill full-time remote positions. Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility while also encouraging a collaborative and supportive virtual work environment. Therapists will have access to digital tools that facilitate seamless communication and care delivery, including electronic health record (EHR) systems for maintaining accurate patient documentation. Our operational hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with potential flexibility based on patient needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments that identify patients' emotional, psychological, and social needs to develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to support clients in their journey toward improved mental health.
  • Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups aimed at providing patients with common mental health challenges a sense of community and shared experience.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure holistic and integrated care for all patients.
  • Provide crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, guiding patients toward stabilization and support.
  • Educate clients about their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources that can enhance their recovery process.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with legal standards and ethical practices, ensuring patient privacy is prioritized.
  • Participate in regular case consultations, team meetings, and opportunities for professional development to enhance both personal and organizational capabilities.
  • Stay informed regarding the latest research, developments, and best practices in mental health therapy to continually improve service delivery.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The Salvation Psychotherapy Center primarily serves a diverse population in Laredo, Texas.
