The Salvation Psychotherapy Center is seeking compassionate and skilled Mental Health Therapists to fill full-time remote positions. This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility while also encouraging a collaborative and supportive virtual work environment. Therapists will have access to digital tools that facilitate seamless communication and care delivery, including electronic health record (EHR) systems for maintaining accurate patient documentation. Our operational hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with potential flexibility based on patient needs.

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that identify patients' emotional, psychological, and social needs to develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to support clients in their journey toward improved mental health.
• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups aimed at providing patients with common mental health challenges a sense of community and shared experience.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure holistic and integrated care for all patients.
• Provide crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, guiding patients toward stabilization and support.
• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources that can enhance their recovery process.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in accordance with legal standards and ethical practices, ensuring patient privacy is prioritized.
• Participate in regular case consultations, team meetings, and opportunities for professional development to enhance both personal and organizational capabilities.
• Stay informed regarding the latest research, developments, and best practices in mental health therapy to continually improve service delivery.

The Salvation Psychotherapy Center primarily serves a diverse population in Laredo, Texas. Our clients include children, adolescents, adults, and families who experience an array of mental health challenges. Therapists will engage with individuals from various cultural backgrounds, ensuring that treatment approaches are responsive to each client's unique context and needs.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.
• Solid understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Demonstrated capability in conducting detailed mental health assessments and crafting effective treatment plans for diverse clientele.
• Experience in delivering both individual and group therapy.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport and maintain professional boundaries with clients.
• Proficiency with electronic health record systems and other digital tools supporting clinical documentation and patient management.
• A collaborative spirit to actively participate in a multidisciplinary team focused on improving patient outcomes.

• Experience working with underserved populations and a commitment to social justice in mental health services.
• Familiarity with telehealth practices and remote therapy delivery.
• Prior experience in crisis intervention and management.
