• Conduct thorough initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and circumstances.
• Provide therapeutic interventions using evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and integrated client care.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and quality of care.
• Stay abreast of industry developments and research in mental health through ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• An active, unrestricted Professional Counselor (LCPC) license in the state of Nevada.
• A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Strong knowledge of legal requirements and ethical guidelines governing counseling practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a variety of clientele.
• A proven track record of successful collaboration within a healthcare team.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and related documentation tools.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples counseling, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse recovery is highly desirable.
• Previous experience working in a community health setting that emphasizes accessibility and client-centered approaches.
