• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, identifying their strengths, challenges, and available resources.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Develop tailored treatment plans that encompass client goals and the appropriate therapeutic interventions necessary for progress.
• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide a holistic approach to client care.
• Facilitate crisis intervention sessions, conduct risk assessments, and develop safety plans when needed to ensure client well-being.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation in adherence with ethical and legal standards, contributing to a continuous feedback loop that enhances patient outcomes.
• Lead group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups, creating an inclusive atmosphere for shared learning and growth.

In this role, you will work with a wide range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety disorders, and trauma-related issues. Your ability to adapt your therapeutic techniques to suit individual client needs will be essential in fostering meaningful progress and resilience among our diverse population.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and assessment skills.

• Minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting.
• Experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of culturally competent practices.
• Proficient in using telehealth software and electronic medical record systems.
