• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for new patients to identify their unique needs and formulate individualized treatment strategies.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to address varied patient concerns.
• Facilitate psychoeducational groups for patients and their families, enhancing understanding of mental health conditions and creating a supportive community atmosphere.
• Engage in collaborative case discussions with multidisciplinary colleagues to ensure comprehensive care and continuity for all patients.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, demonstrating strong clinical judgment and responsiveness.
• Educate patients about their conditions, therapy options, and community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.
• Maintain precise and confidential documentation of all patient interactions as per legal and ethical guidelines.
• Participate in regular professional development activities, case consultations, and team meetings to foster continuous improvement and learning.

You will primarily work with a diverse patient population, including individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds, each facing their own mental health challenges. • Current licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in Massachusetts, confirming your qualifications to provide high-quality mental health therapy.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders and therapeutic approaches, backed by professional experience in delivering individual and group therapy.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, which facilitate effective patient interactions and team collaborations.
• Competence with electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring accurate patient documentation and compliance.
• Ability to navigate complex ethical dilemmas while maintaining professional boundaries.

• Experience working in a community health setting, showcasing adaptability and understanding of various socioeconomic factors influencing mental health.
• Prior background in crisis intervention and management, enhancing your ability to provide immediate support when needed.
• Knowledge of local community resources and support systems that can further assist patients in managing their mental health.
