• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to gauge clients’ mental health challenges, needs, and aspirations.
• Deliver evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, addressing diverse issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, interpersonal conflicts, and stress management.
• Craft personalized treatment plans that incorporate clients' feedback, ensuring interventions resonate with their unique preferences and objectives.
• Provide crisis intervention for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring prompt and effective support.
• Educate clients regarding their mental health conditions, empowering them with coping strategies and knowledge about available community resources.
• Keep meticulous and confidential records of all client interactions, including assessments, therapeutic progress, treatment plans, and evaluations, while adhering to legal and ethical standards.
• Maintain ethical practice by upholding client privacy and informed consent protocols at all times.
• Demonstrate cultural competence by understanding and respecting the diverse backgrounds of our clients.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure integrated client care.

You will provide services to a varied client population, ranging from children to older adults, addressing a wide spectrum of mental health issues. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
