You will focus primarily on working with infants and toddlers who may experience developmental delays or disabilities. Our services aim to support these young children through their crucial formative years (ages 0-3), as we believe early intervention is key to fostering lifelong success. • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills are imperative for success in this role.
  • The ability to respect diverse perspectives and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team is crucial.
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this will enhance our ability to connect with diverse families.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in early childhood development and a strong commitment to Natural Learning Environment Practices are highly valued.
  • Familiarity with coaching models and strategies applicable to family support in educational settings will distinguish qualified candidates.
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position is competitively set between USD 75,000 and 80,000 annually, reflecting the importance of your role in our organization. In addition to a generous salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

  • Employee discounts with various vendors to enhance your lifestyle.
  • Flexible spending accounts for additional financial management.
  • Tuition reimbursement to further your education and professional development.
  • Flexible schedules that allow for personal adjustments to work hours.
  • Referral bonuses to encourage team building and community involvement.
