Westchester Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. • Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to determine the needs of each child, ensuring a clear understanding of their developmental status.
• Participate actively in the creation and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), tailoring strategies to each child's unique learning needs.
• Monitor and document outcomes as part of an interdisciplinary team, participating in regular meetings to review progress and adapt planning as necessary.
• Provide ongoing support and coaching to families, equipping them with practical skills and resources that enhance their child's development.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and adhere to the Natural Learning Environment Practices while interacting with children and families.
• Establish rapport with children and families, fostering an environment of trust and collaboration.
• Stay compliant with all standards and regulations to ensure the health and safety of all staff and clients.

You will focus primarily on working with infants and toddlers who may experience developmental delays or disabilities. Our services aim to support these young children through their crucial formative years (ages 0-3), as we believe early intervention is key to fostering lifelong success. Your interactions will not only impact the children but also greatly influence their families, enabling them to better support their child's growth.

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work is required for this position.
• The candidate must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) as recognized by the Department of Public Health.
• A valid driver's license is necessary for potential travel for team meetings and client visits.
• One year of experience working with children in early intervention settings is essential.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills are imperative for success in this role.
• The ability to respect diverse perspectives and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team is crucial.
