Sacred Heart Psychotherapy Services is seeking a dedicated and passionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team on a full-time basis. This position primarily operates in a remote setting, allowing for flexibility while maintaining consistent team collaboration. • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for children suspected of having developmental delays or disabilities.
• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), tailoring support to meet each child's unique needs.
• Monitor developmental progress and outcomes, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary team members to ensure the best care possible.
• Provide essential support and guidance to families, equipping them with knowledge and skills to foster their child's development at home.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and adhere to Federal and State regulations while administering evaluations and assessments.
• Build strong rapport with children, families, and team members to create a positive and encouraging learning environment.
• Implement strategies recommended in IFSPs, adjusting service frequency based on child development and family priorities.
• Advocate for the child’s development using a coaching model within natural learning environments.
• Ensure compliance with standards that guarantee the health and safety of clients and staff alike.

The LCSW will primarily work with children ages 0-3 who experience developmental delays or disabilities in areas such as physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills. Our aim is to support these young children and their families through compassionate, individualized care plans while integrating community resources to ensure comprehensive support.

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) through the Department of Public Health.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to travel occasionally for home visits or meetings.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple cases effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, fostering collaboration and respect among team members.
• A commitment to adapt treatment methods to accommodate varying learning styles and individual needs.
• Proficiency in Natural Learning Environment Practices is highly desirable.
• Bilingual ability is encouraged to serve our diverse community.

• A minimum of one year of experience working with children in early intervention settings.
• Demonstrated commitment to using evidence-based practices in social work.
