• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, utilizing standardized tools and your clinical expertise to formulate personalized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices.
• Implement therapeutic interventions tailored to individual client needs, including techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate emotional healing and resilience.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation, respecting confidentiality protocols while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards. Your thorough documentation practices are crucial for tracking client progress and outcomes.

You will work primarily with clients who are facing substance use issues alongside co-occurring mental health disorders, such as anxiety and depression. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, demonstrating your advanced knowledge and expertise in the field.
• An active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Missouri, reflecting your professional credentials and commitment to ethical practice.
