Job Title: Training/Education Specialist

Location: Remote
Shift: 1st Shift
• Regular US Business Hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
• Occasional off-hours support may be required

Duration: 24 Months
Project Summary:
• Support global sales training initiatives and curriculum management.
• Manage learning platforms and online training programs.
• Create, update, and maintain training content and courses.
• Generate training reports and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with global sales training teams and regional partners to optimize training delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, update, and manage online learning platforms and curricula.
• Create and maintain training materials, course content, and learning resources.
• Run and analyze training reports to measure participation and effectiveness.
• Coordinate with global and regional stakeholders to support training initiatives.
• Plan, develop, and administer product training programs for employees and customers.
• Ensure training programs align with business and customer objectives.
• Continuously update lesson plans and training materials to reflect new products, processes, and requirements.
• Maintain communication with customers and stakeholders to ensure training effectiveness.
• Support training projects from planning through implementation.
Required Skills:
• Learning Management System (LMS) experience.
• Strong Excel skills, including reporting and data analysis.
• Experience working with databases and CSV files.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Goal-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Comfortable learning and working with new technologies.
