Are you a seasoned learning professional ready to make a significant impact? We're seeking a talented individual to shape the learning journey for employees across a large, complex organization. In this pivotal role, you won't just facilitate training; you'll be instrumental in developing the capabilities that drive our partner's success and directly contribute to improving consumer experiences. Your expertise will empower employees, foster a culture of continuous growth, and ultimately enhance the quality of services provided to consumers.
To be considered for this role, you must:
  • Be authorized to work in the United States
  • Not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment
  • Be able to work on a W-2 basis. C2C or 1099 is not permitted for this position

What You'll Do
  • Plan, coordinate, and implement comprehensive training programs for participants throughout the organization, including instructor-led and virtual instructor-led sessions.
  • Select and develop appropriate learning materials that engage learners and produce desired outcomes.
  • Create an inclusive and dynamic environment conducive to learning and the exchange of information.
  • Monitor training records to ensure all employees meet company, quality, and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Analyze course evaluations to assess the effectiveness of training sessions and implement improvements.
  • Evaluate online resources to complement facilitated learning experiences as appropriate.
  • Influence departmental strategy and make decisions on complex technical approaches for project components.
  • Exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments, working with a high degree of autonomy.

What You'll Bring
Must-Have Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5 or more years of experience in training or learning development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Project.
  • A passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications
  • Master's Degree.
  • Understanding of curriculum design and adult learning principles.
  • Experience using a wide variety of training tools to effectively facilitate to a diverse audience.
  • Experience managing projects or processes.
