This role is entirely remote, which allows for flexibility and adaptability in managing your schedule. You will be connecting with students, parents, and staff through virtual platforms, utilizing tools such as teletherapy and online assessment methods. As a member of our rehabilitation center, you will work in a warm and welcoming virtual environment, designed to promote comfort and confidentiality in therapeutic interactions.

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and create personalized treatment plans that reflect evidence-based practices. Your expertise will assist students in navigating their mental health journeys.
• Utilize therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support clients. You will work closely with students facing anxiety, trauma, and depression, empowering them to reclaim control over their lives.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation while adhering to HIPAA regulations and other confidentiality standards. This practice not only helps in providing quality care but also enhances your professional standing.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team comprising psychologists, counselors, and educational staff to ensure a holistic approach to each student's care plan.
• Engage in regular peer consultations and attend case review meetings to refine your skills and uphold the center's commitment to continuous improvement.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, resources, and coping strategies, equipping them with the tools needed for resilience and recovery.
• Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health care, consistently applying new knowledge to enhance treatment outcomes for your patients.

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse student population, addressing a range of mental health issues, including emotional disturbances, behavioral problems, and learning disabilities. Your work will directly impact their academic success and emotional well-being, fostering a safe and conducive learning environment.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, demonstrating a strong foundation in advanced social work practice.
• An active, unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Illinois, affirming your qualifications to practice independently.
• Proficient in solution-based psychotherapy techniques, enabling you to adapt your approach based on individual client needs effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building trusting relationships with clients and their families.

The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 100,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and educational background.
