Evergreen Agency Talent is looking for a motivated New Business Development Specialist to help small businesses across the country solve one of their biggest challenges: finding and hiring great people. This position is fully remote after initial training in DeWitt, Michigan.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced sales professional (or entry-level go-getter) who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, and having meaningful conversations with business owners. What You'll Do
As a New Business Development Specialist, you'll be responsible for identifying prospective clients, starting conversations, understanding their hiring challenges, and introducing them to Evergreen's recruiting solutions.
  • Prospect and connect with small business owners and decision-makers nationwide.
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other outreach to generate new business opportunities.
  • Learn about each prospect's business, hiring needs, and challenges.
  • Clearly communicate the value of Evergreen Agency Talent's recruiting services.
  • Build relationships with prospective clients and guide them through the sales process.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture opportunities over time.
