Passion for Life, Inc. is seeking skilled Volunteer Recruiters as part of our Skilled Volunteering Initiative to help build a high-impact nonprofit workforce. We are looking for 2 driven individuals to support our recruitment efforts by identifying and onboarding talented volunteers across HR, Learning & Development, Operations, and Research & Evaluation.
As a Volunteer Recruiter, you will:
โ€ข Screen, interview, and onboard new volunteers, facilitating a smooth integration.
โ€ข Implement and refine our project-based staffing model, ensuring efficient placement and engagement.
This is an opportunity to apply your HR and recruitment expertise in a mission-driven environment while gaining valuable nonprofit experience.

Required:
